Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

If you do not like the item, contact us for a resolution within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We will either:

  1. offer partial or full refund on a case by case basis and you will not have to return the item if it is faulty or damaged; or
  2. send you a return shipping label to mail the item back to us.

After you submit a claim, we will normally contact you within 2 business days. We may need additional information to process your claim. If your product is damaged, please attach photos or videos to your claim.

After we receive the item, we usually process the refund within 7 business days and it should show up in your account within 14 business days.

We reserve the right to withhold shipping costs from your refund amount, depending on the reason for the return.
